What is CyDock?
CyDock is a complete solution for service-providing companies of all sizes. CyDock provides you with complete customer management,
a recurring billing system,
a powerful support ticket system, ordering processing, and service delivery. CyDock automates the process of processing orders for your customers and
activating their services.
How Does CyDock Work?
The basic initial phase is pretty simple:

A Customer comes to your site, selects a service, and moves to the order
form.

They place an order using the dynamic CyDock Order Form.

CyDock calculates the initial charge to the customer based on certain
setup conditions such as Plan Setup Fee and Recurring Cost.

CyDock uses the payment process configured to charge the customers card.

If the card is declined, the customer is returned to the order form and
warned to check their information.

If the card is approved, the customer's information is added to the client
database.

CyDock then creates their account on the server and activates their plan.

Then CyDock notifies both parties of the new account.
