As of 11/21/2002 CyDock will no longer charge for
technical support. We are proud of our product and stand behind it 100%. We
want you to feel secure in your purchase and in our company. As a result, technical
support will now be provided 8:00am - 11:00pm, 7 days a week, and 361 days a
year - free of charge! Our office will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas,
Easter, and open half days on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.
New policies regarding bugs and security holes -
CyDock is thoroughly tested prior to release, but with any product it is impossible
to predict every possible scenario. CyDock's policy regarding these matters is to complete repairs on bugs or security holes within 24 hours whenever possible, and then release a mass update. Fixes begin immediately, as soon as the problem is discovered. Please contact us for further verification of our security policies.
New policies regarding merchant account providers -
As much as CyDock would like to integrate all payment processors, there are just
too many available. Effective immediately, CyDock will no longer randomly seek
out and add payment processors. If you require a payment processor that is not
supported by CyDock please contact our sales department and we will integrate
the payment process you require free of charge, provided their system is
compatible with our software. This is one way that we can offer our software at such an affordable price. Standard integration time for most payment
processors is 24-48 hours. Please contact our sales department for details.
